Shipping policy

1. UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of purchase. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (where available).

Please note: During busy periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer – but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

 

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard UK delivery (details displayed at checkout).

 

3. International Delivery

We deliver to many international destinations. Delivery times vary by region, typically 5–14 working days depending on the courier and customs processes.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, we operate dedicated websites for the United States and the European Union, which provide localised pricing, currencies, and delivery options.

 

4. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control – for example, courier disruption, customs clearance delays, or severe weather conditions.
We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but we will work with the courier to resolve them as quickly as possible.

 

5. Delivery Attempts and Safe Locations

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel in a safe location if you’ve authorised this.
We can’t be responsible for packages once they’ve been delivered to the address or safe place you specified.

 

6. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. Risk transfers on delivery to the address provided. Please check all goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any damage or missing items.

 

7. Questions or Special Requests

If you have special delivery requirements once your parcel has been dispatched, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
